<VV> Popping Plugs

OK, at least 3 people told me that they (or a friend) had a plug blow out of 
the head and that they now carry the insert repair kit in the car.  So, I 
take back my remark (made in jest) to Frank DuVal.

So if you DON'T have the roadside repair kit in the car, it seems to me that 
you could just pull the push rods for the offending cylinder and drive 
quietly home on 5.
