Unfortunately, George, (Telecom manager hat installed) Area codes for  phones 
means nothing any more, especially for Cell Phones. You can get a  phone with 
any area code you want, and cell phones are pretty much portable  across the 
country. I have several friends who moved around a bit and kept the  same area 
code and phone number. Goofy in many ways, but true. Still best to  list a
