Remember these have the "French locks", to keep them from backing out. If  
you don't have good ones, be sure to find some of them for the final assembly.  
Tighten the nuts  down, then bend the tabs - one tab goes up to  engage the 
clamp, the other downp against the torqued hold-down nut.  Seth
