If nothing is broken... YES you can.....small needle nosed pliers...these
things are not rocket science...

I have metered out the wiring on my 1966 Corsa brake and turn signal
circuits and have come to the conclusion the switch assembly is at fault. I
have no brake light or directional indicator on the left side (rear). The
front left signal does flash and the right side works both front and rear if
you hold your mouth just right. Before I do anything drastic is there
anything else to check? I have continuity all the way from the connector on
the steering column to the rear lights. Is it possible to clean or bend the
contacts on the switch or should I just go ahead and start searching for a
replacement?
