<VV> 64 speedo

On my 64 4 sp cp the speedo has developed an intermittent condition where it squeals really loud with alot of vibrations at the same time the needle jumps from 0-100 back and forth.  When it calms down it reads way higher than I am actually traveling.  I don't know if it makes a difference but before I got home the driveway was sealed so I had to park outside overnight and we had frost.
