Thanks for answering my questions.
 
Air should be blowing down from the air mover(s) directly over the  
head-to-cylinder connections.  Two fans with separate ductwork would do the  job and 
not be too hard for an experienced sheet-metal man to make.  The  two fans could 
be driven from the crank pulley with a standard-configuration  drive to a 
shaft supported over the sheet metal. I would avoid the radial-type  wheel if 
possible; it takes the highest amount of HP of any fan drive. Maybe a  
backward-Inclined wheel or a radial-tip wheel would be better.
