I think Melissa is referring to the front sway bar, as this is a change 
from 63 to 64.

Melissa, steering stabilizers are shock absorber looking objects that 
dampen the movement of the steering wheel. None were stock Corvair items.

To add sway bars to a 63, you would need the lower control arms from a 
64 or from a 62,63 with optional sway bar. One could weld the little 
brackets onto the control arm, but you still need the 64 arm to cut the 
brackets off, so just change the arms. Two holes need to be drilled in 
the front frame rails, I think. Just use the measurements from a 64 car 
as a guide.
