<VV> Tire sizes

Whats the collective thought for the conversion to radial tires for 1) 62 
Wagon and 2) 66 Vert?
 
62 currently has P165/80-13's on it from an old toyota...need 
repalcements...As these are regular drivers, or will be, I don't really wish to return to the 
old belted models, if they are available. I'm sure I could get from Coker or 
the such, but would like to convert.
