Short answer:

As others pointed out, a 185/80-13 will work on both cars.  You can  
also get 195/70-13s that are a little short, but work ok.   
Unfortunately what you really want - a 205/70-13 - just isn't made by  
anyone anymore.  BTW, I'm pretty sure the wagons used a 7.00-13.

If you're willing to buy wheels, your choices will expand.  There are  
still reasonable (not high performance, but reasonable) tires  
available in 14 and 15 inch sizes.  6" wide wheels will work well for  
a driver.
