Just a tip - blowing air through the mixture needle hole and having it come up out of the venturi cluster top vent hole is not a good detemination that it is not plugged. The circuit from the fuel well to the idle screw makes a 45 degree bend inside the venturi cluster. This is often the place where the cluster plugs and explains why the old trick of running a wire down through the cluster will not always clear up a plugged circuit. In order to be certain the idle circuit in the cluster is not plugged one has to remove it and check the main passage from the emusion tube over to the idle fuel discharge hole.
