I've got one as well.  It beats the heck out of either two separate torque
wrenches or changing sockets constantly as you go through the "pattern" when
R&Ring heads.

If people are willing to pay prices like that for them I wouldn't be
surprised if one of the vendors get a few made...

Yes, I have one of these sockets.    It makes tighening the head nuts a
breeze.  I found it at a flea market for $5.  No one knew what it was - but
