<VV> 68/69 on Ebay

The vin# says 68. The interior, etc say 68. To switch a 66 to a 68 would require an extensive amount of work, some of which is not trivial. The location of the visible vin# plate also makes a switch non-trivial. For those that may not know, the vin# is visible by looking at the dash in the lower left hand corner of the  windshield. All 68 and 69 corvairs are this way.

This is probably a DMV or unfamiliar owner error.
