<VV> Relay for heater blower motor

The RS online catalog is not very helpful on this one, at lest on the 40 
amp SPST above it, there is a schematic --

How many terminals do you have on the relay you have?

And with the relay wired in, do you turn the fan switch on to turn the 
fan on?  Or does it come on with the ignition switch?

Yes, the end result 'should' turn off with the ignition switch.  This 
could just be the way this realy works, or it could be that it is wired 
okay, but the relay is bad in the box.
