Smitty Says.  Seems to me you have been screwing around with this long enough to get more serious with it.  Lay the bike down so the upright for the post is flat on a big block of wood.  Put a big pipe wrench on the post and twist it to the point of almost twisting it off.  Using a hard face plastic hammer pound the crap out of the entire area containing the post while keeping the torque on with the wrench.  If she don't come then baby, you are likely going to drill it out.   (back to Corvairs)
