occurred with two modern cars, all parties would not only be alive but
injuries would be minimal. Look at the driver of the Cobalt SS, he was up
walking around after it. He had proper safety restraints and air bags.
Everyone makes mistakes, the cobalt driver made the mistake of drinking, the

What if she were riding a bicycle? Would that choice put even more of the
burden on them?  However, if she and her husband had been walking, that's
even less protection.  I'd guess that if they were riding in anything that
had wheels, some ass would blame the victim. If they had been walking (zero
protection), no one would even think of blaming them. Figure that one out.
