I have a 64 turbo speedometer that the odometer quit working. Taking one off the shelf that had sat for awhile I replaced it in the car. However, before installing the new speedometer I tested it with a drill. On the bench the speedometer was smooth and everything worked fine. Once installed the speedometer needle bounces like crazy. Any ideas?
