Do not touch them until you KNOW!!    Hydraulics are not a  "maintenance item"
 
Do as Harry Y. said.. Drive it!  They will quiet down after a short  
drive...usually after you shut the engine off in disgust...because they are  still 
clacking....
 
 
only to restart a few minutes later with NO NOISE!..finally!
