<VV> hard starting

I'm pretty sure the factory expected at least a partial push to set
the chokes. The '66 110 will restart warm without touching the
pedal, but generally takes a half throttle stab to start when the
engine is cold. I'd suspect yours may have the float levels set a
little high or there's a leaky inlet valve.

On a side topic, we got to demo that warm restart a few days ago.
Took Stefan (#1 son) out for a stick shift lesson in the '66. First
a few laps around a parking lot, then "turn left and right onto the
street". I had neglected the lesson on getting away up a hill, so he
got to experience stalling at a light, just like the rest of us ;-)
