 oil is fine then....
 
 Engine / rings are not seated / sealing
 
 
 You need to put the lower shrouds on with working Bellows   /doors   [ 
T-stats ]
 
OR  you can make a disc from sheet aluminum....   7"  dia.    and sandwich it 
between the fans pulley and  fan to cut down on air flow...
 
 Then go out and drive it.. up hill!

 Also,  how is the Crank vent system configured?    large 1/2 tube to air 
filter?
 
Small 3/8" Tee  on large tube... with small, 0.062"  Hole in  the end... and 
a 3/8" hose to the 3/*'  steel Balance tube [ between both  carbs ]
 
 
 USS  CB eh... funny we don't have it here.. or is it still  commissioned?
