<VV> Front suspension questions.

I replaced the passanger side ball joints.

0.  Do you need to grease new ball joints.  It looked like grease was 
allready in them.

1.  I removed the stabilizer bar (sealing the gas tank).  Is it ok to 
drive the car around the block without the bar.

2. How much play is normal on the tie rods.  Very slight movement (about 
1/4 inch) if I try to rock either tire.  When I had everything apart the 
tie rod ends were not stiff (but could nots shift in and out of joint).
