<VV> self-sealing tape for PG shift cables from Flagstaff convention

I've used the electrical tape from 3M too and it worked well.  I've  since 
ordered the sticky tape you mentioned from Duluth Trading.  It isn't  cheap, but 
it your friend's water pumper breaks down with a hose leak you can  use it to 
repair the radiator hoses.
