<VV> Cylinder stud question

Dropped a valve seat in my 95hp pg last week (#5 exhaust).  Pulled the head 
on the passengers side.  In removing the head one of the cylinder studs 
backed out of the case. It was one of the rocker arm studs on #3 cylinder. 
Would it be ok when reassembling to put a little locktite red on the stud, 
thread it in an torque it to factory specs for the nut, or should I 
disassemble the stud and rocker stud and install individually?
