Maybe a weighted factor, but if pressed, I would say NO, not our job. 
Corvair involvement much more important...if on the part of the student as 
a driver and mechanic, all the better.

If the money will be spent while driving a Corvair around campus....double 
the grant!   If they are going into an automotive related field, triple 
it!
