<VV> Springs

Are there deifferent size springs under the Corvairs?
I have a  63 Spyder Canadion car. When I got the car it had spare  parts with it, including a set of springs.
They are smaller in diameter than the ones under the car. I could not find any part numbers on the springs.
The car has 73,000 K on it and has at least a one inch lean to the drivers side.
Is there  an easy way to correct ?
