<VV> Willow Springs Time Trials

Jack,
After reviewing the progress made so far for the Willow Springs Time Trials; it appears likely that it will be a successful event. 
However, this success will only be assured if one group is in charge of event planning, finances and the operation of the event.  Based on the information provided to the NECC, California Arizona Racing has the necessary organization and assets to run the event.  For this reason we will step aside in favor of CAR.  We will notify the track management of the change in contact information. We wish you and CAR sucess with this event.
