1 Fuel does not evap. overnite....it has to be boiling off after the engine
is shut down
2 Gas cannot siphon back out of the carb....think about it... the needle is
above the level...air break!
3 surely it is ice forming in the supply line somewhere.....most likely
near the engine..as it runs fine after warming up.
This is a good one! I'd say chokes not closed far enough..but the NO FUEL
is the kicker!
