Something just occurred to me. There were two thicknesses of needle seat gasket provided in the minor repair kit. I just naturally used the thinner one as that was what was on the needle that came with the carbs from Grant. I should add that the carbs were working fine until a few weeks ago. Would putting on the thicker gasket make a difference? Stephen
