<VV> Carb repair update

I used to grab the crossover shaft at the hump. The hump that clears the 
fan hub.

I don't anymore after that painful incident involving a racing engine 
and grabbing the crossover shaft and having the belt remove the skin 
from a finger.

I always work the crossover from a carb end, usually the left carb.
