<VV> Four door registery

Mark,

Four doors aren't "...looked down upon". They just weren't as desirable. If you look at the Tri-fives the four door has made a strong comeback because there are so few left (parted out to restore two door's). Times and tastes change.

That very trend was noted in a recent column in Hemming's Classic Cars. I
think it's a good trend, one that I hope will give new life and some
well-deserved recognition to cars that to date have been looked down upon
by collectors. There are some really beautiful cars (and not JUST Corvairs)
out there that just so happen to have 4doors on them. The nice thing about
them is that you can have just as much fun and get possibly more enjoyment
out of them as you can with a 2door, and do it less expensively too. The
best kept secret in car collecting!
