<VV> Crossmember bolt specs

I don't know if this is any help, but the part number is # 9422214 for the  
'long' bolt and the torque stats of 35-45 ft-lbs....
I know GM dealers used to have a book that listed the bolts by part number  
and then it gave the sizes.... that's one I don't have.
Maybe one of the guys here on VV has a copy....?
