<VV> rear seat belts

I found a great link to some technical information and used one of
 these documents to add seat belts to my '63 Monza Convertible (for the kids in the back seat).  It appears that someone scanned in the original
 service information and posted it on the linked site.  The measurements
 are very accurate to find the "dimples" in the floor and firewall.  Watch out for the brake and fuel lines when you drill.
