<VV> Shim on Powerglide

I don't recall anyone actually answering Jim's question about shimming.
First of all you didn't have to separate the trans from the diff to
replace a side bearing but as long as you did you don't need to shim
anything!  You should already find some shims on the pinion gear shaft
and as long as you put the same trans back on the same diff it is
already shimmed for you!
