<VV> anti-squeek cement

Based on early advice I used headliner glue.  Glued it on per the shop 
manual.  Now if I get lucky, tonight I can put it together.

Bolted it up to let the piece glue correctly in place (takes about 2 min 
to get it on without the filler neck)
