<VV> Towing a 4-speed

Why not just buy/borrow/make towing hubs? The dollies are heavy. You don't 
need to drag any more weight than necessary. Bolt towing hubs to your rear 
wheels, bolt your wheels to the towing hubs, put the emergency brake on, 
and tow it to your heart's content.

It's easy, cheap, light, and doesn't harm the vehicle that's being towed.
