Listing by chapter number does make some sense, but you have to undersand the numbering scheme.  The chapter # is the first three digits of the zip code of where the chapter originated.  when I moved to the sacramento area from Colorado last year, I just had to look for a chapter that started with 95 and they were going to be close.
