In Windows / IE

Use the 1:1 button for full view / largest... but NOT IE's "F-11" for 
full screen

Drag the pages to get the upper or lower 1/2

press the Printscrn / printscreen / sysrq button..

Open your photo editing software

EDIT PASTE

Then you can combine the 2 pics to make one page...
