Richard Langworth and the editors of Consumers Guide list the Allstate as a
52-53 Henry J built by Kaiser-Frazer that had a special Allstate grill,
Allstate badges and featured Allstate tires, spark plugs, battery etc. Though
available nationwide through the catalogue it was "confined to the Southeast in
actual promotion" and was dropped in early 1953. Came as a "basic" model
with a 4 cylinder and Deluxe with a six. Production (estimated) was 900 for '52
and (estimated) 425 for '53 for the four cylinder and 666 for the '52 and
(estimated) 372 for the '53 six.
