HOWever, wings and things ... can start to be a factor as low as 20 mph or
so ...  the effects can be seen as  "better" or "worse" depending on the
installation ...   in fact, I think (g) that it will be harder to add on ..
structures ... that DO NOT affect handling   than structure that affects it
in the way that you would predict   ....

Remember, J3 piper cubs take off and fly forever at about 65 mph ...   next
time you hold the loud pedal down  on your v8 vair and notice 160 on the
speed-o-meter ... think about that.  If you had a tire failure at that
speed, and that resulted in a changed angle of attack ... could you then
just gently pull over to the side of the road?
