   According to the '69 Finger Tip Facts, the last Corvair built on the assembly line was #2194, on Oct 29, 1968.

Someone asked me when the last Vairs were built on an assy line. I know there 
was some sort of shift to a manual assy. Is there a VIN number associated with 
this  manual assy process?
