Early production 1960 models had the slots for the horn. So this most likely was a 1959 photo. A caveman aficionado could probably give us rough production dates for the change-over to no-slots.

Okay, agreed that their blogger might be the 'missing fry' when someone 
else is one short, BUT -- 

Notice the three dark vertical stripes under the left front bumper -- a 
horn grill? Is this photo of a pre-production model?
