Did you have a front-engine Nova ?

Just kidding !

While most FE cars DID have (only one) linkage to the trans, it was a
rigid lever (or a couple of them).

Corvair had a cable that was probably not strong enough to push in and
pull out the pin ?

My 4-speed Corsa didn't have "Park" either, so what about that ?!?!?
