Two years ago I was able to buy Mastercraft A/S IV 185/80R13 tires from Kauffman Tires here in the Atlanta area. I agree with Todd's assessment, plus they have the added advantage of being made right here in the good ol' U.S. of A.  (By Cooper, I believe.)
