Most folks would agree -- maybe if I was putting an extrememly valuable 
collector car into long term storage, I 'might' think about trying to 
blow that residual oil in the oil passages out with air pressure to get 
rid of any acid build up, but really, I don't know (i've never had the 
opportunity to put a multi-million dollar car into a museum, but 
actually, aren't most of the cars in many museums fully operational, 
except for fuel and batteries?).  In a Corvair, the big residual oil is 
in the cam gear area and "cranking" isn't going to change that that much.
