Lap Times for Summit Point Time Trials

NECC ran time trials at the Shenandoah Circuit at Summit Point on 
Monday October 13.  Twenty-nine drivers signed up, twenty-eight drove, 
and twenty went out for timed laps.

The Shenandoah Circuit is a no-holds-barred dimensional replica of Der 
Nurburgring with 20 deg banking, camber changes, decreasing radius 
corners, and more.  The drivers seem to agree that this is a 
challenging circuit indeed!
