Yes, I've used the one from the Underground, it made a really big  
difference.  Clark's look like it would work well too.  The other  
thing to check for is slop in the carb shafts.  Replacing the shafts  
and using the linkage blocks makes the whole setup work amazingly  
smoother and more precisely.  While you're at it, get the bushing for  
the throttle bellcrank under the car, it's not very expensive at all.
