<VV> braking issues revisited again

i get the shoes ground to fit the drums.  also run a coarse cut on the  drums 
first. i also chamfer both edges on all the shoes. make sure all cylinders  
are rebuilt and assembly lube ( i use silicone fluid as a lube ) used on the  
bores.
this makes em stop very well!
