Alright, I'll bite.  What is an "Alternator Adapter"?  Is it another term
for the oil filter housing/assembly used on a LM alternator equipped car?

Pretty simple kit..

Late model GM alternator 63 amps , using a Corvair front housing and fan.
Alternator adapter ..only needed if using on a 60-4 generator car. Alt
adapter gasket  "
2 longer bolts        "
1 mini 2 wire harness
