<VV> plug thread inserts

i highly recommend the kd insert , because of the flange with teeth on the  
top edge. it will not move around after proper installation.  that insert  
looks like it should be removed and replaced with a kd.  the threads look  the 
same as a kd.  if you bought just a kd insert and installed it on a  plug (put 
just a VERY small amount of antiseize on the plug only) it should last  forever.
