<VV> Exhaust tube removal

I haven't seen a reply to this.

The one I took out last week I wiggled out by hand! Remove the exhaust 
manifold first and wiggle. Next try visegrips if the tube is bad. Needle 
nose style pliers if the tube is good, so not to distort the round 
surface. Knock it with a rubber mallet if it is real stubborn.
