<VV> Prod. Number & Oakland Built Cars?

I've searched and searched the forums but can't fin any info on the Oakland
plant thats more specific than "they did some weird things" or "Oakland cars
were a little different".  After doing a half way decode of my cowl tag I
think its car #29011 to roll off of the line on the 4th week of April 1960
from the Oakland plant. The door tag is #007690129011. So am I correct in
assuming my car is a lower production number car at #29011?
